Privacy Choices & Data Deletion

"In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines and international data protection laws, you have the right to manage and request the complete deletion of your PokaPure account and all associated data."

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the PokaPure app. Go to: Settings > Delete account. Upon confirmation, your data will be irreversibly wiped from our servers (Supabase).

2. Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us at getpokapure@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Codex. We will process the deletion of all your records (including scanned images and Shard balances) within 7 business days.

3. What exactly happens when you delete your account?

All your personal data, metadata, scanned photocards, Shards balance, and trade history will be permanently erased without the possibility of recovery.
